1. What kind of photos work best?

Clear, high-contrast photos work great. Ultrasounds, pets, portraits, and memorial photos all print beautifully. If you’re unsure, send me the photo—I’ll let you know if it will convert well.

2. How do I send my photo?

After you place your order, you’ll receive a message from me with instructions to upload your photo directly through Etsy messages.

3. Will I see a preview before you print?

Yes! Every order includes a design preview. I won’t print anything until you approve it.

4. How long does it take to make my piece?

Designs are usually ready within 1–3 days.
Printing + finishing takes 2–5 days depending on size.
Need it sooner? Message me—I’ll always try to help.

5. What materials do you use?

All pieces are 3D-printed using high-quality, durable PLA. Frames are also custom-printed in my studio.

6. Can you customize sizes or colors?

Absolutely! I can tailor sizing, colors, or even frame tones. Just send me a message before ordering.

7. Do you offer gift wrapping or a gift note?

Yes! I can include a handwritten note and gift-ready packaging upon request.

8. What if my item arrives damaged?

I got you. Send me a message with photos and I’ll replace it right away—no stress.

9. Do you accept returns or exchanges?

Because items are personalized, I cannot accept returns. But if there’s any issue with your order, I’ll work with you to make it right.

10. How should I care for my 3D print?

Keep it away from direct heat and prolonged sunlight. Dust gently with a soft cloth. Treat it like a small piece of art—because it is!
